Concession Crew
Parent Leader-Vic Jenkinson
Help with running concession at the home football games.
This includes pre game set up, food prep, working counter, taking orders, issuing food to customers, making popcorn, slushy, etc.
Post game clean up.
Event Crew

Help plan and organize fun, meaningful events throughout the year that bring our band family together.
Events include:
• Back to School Bash
• Band Banquets
• St. Pat’s Day Parade
• Veterans Day Parade
• Chili Cook-Off
• Silent Auction
• Garage Sale

• Senior Night
• Winter Concert Reception
• End-of-Year Celebration

Fundraising Crew
Parent Leader-James Nobles
Help to coordinate fundraising for the band, including reaching out to students, parents, neighbors, neighborhood associations, and our local community for Sponsorships.
Marketing Crew
Parent Leader- Ellan Jenkinson & Lynn Canfield
Branding, Web Development, Content Marketing, Helping with Facebook & Instagram posts.
Volunteer Coordination Crew: Help recruit volunteers, manage sign-ups (i.e., Sign Up Genius), make sure each coordinator has information needed, and organize volunteer appreciation events
Freeloader Crew
Parent Leader-Earnie Broughton
Adult supervision (eyes only) as students load the trailer at games and competitions, and unload the trailer back at the band room. Adults assist with rollout and set up on the field.
Trailer Maintenance Crew: Help to keep the semi-trailer looking good and functioning right.
Set Design Crew

Snack Crew
Parent Leader-TBD
Join the Snack Crew and help keep our band fueled and focused!
This team helps coordinate snacks for daily availability in the band room, as well as at games, competitions, and special events.
Responsibilities include:
• Keeping an inventory of snacks
• Ensuring all snacks are stored in plastic containers for freshness and safety
• Reaching out to parents for snack donations
• Possibly creating and maintaining an Amazon Wish List to make donating easy
Spirit wear Crew
Parent Leader-TBD
Help secure design for show shirt (and additional fun spirit wear).
Help create order forms and setup online payment with website coordinator.
Help order spirit wear and have available prior to games and for fundraising.
Uniform Crew
Parent Leader-TBD
Assist prior to games and competitions handing out uniforms to students and making any alterations necessary (no sewing required). Assisting right before band takes the field for performance and after game/competitions, meeting back at school and making sure uniforms are turned in and ready for the next event.
Alumni Crew
Parent Leader-Jennifer Baker
Maintain database of Marching Band Alumni. Assist in contacting and updating alumni via social media to keep them involved in marching band events, homecoming and future band needs.
